The indoor gym offers traditional weight training on our Cybex equipment of both high and low intensity/low impact workouts, catering to men and women of all ages and fitness levels as well as seniors.
Our outdoor garage space invites you to enjoy a unique and different variety of exercises, including CrossFit style workouts, as well as weekly boot camps. Other offerings include aquatic workouts as well as yoga.

She is a current gym owner of Atlanta Fitness Diva in Sandy Springs and a former champion bodybuilder, fitness, and bikini competitor.
Personalized eating and workout plans backed by expertise and deep knowledge of human metabolism. Pam has intensely studied the research pertaining to bodyfat loss and muscle recuperation to help clients attain their goals.
