Owner and 35 year veteran personal trainer and contest champion – Pamela Molinari offers unique training that is tailored to every individual and their specific needs and goals. Both group and private sessions are offered in an exclusive indoor facility as well as an outdoor garage gym.

Pamela’s expertise can guide you with flexibility, weight loss, strength training, and an endless variety of exercises to achieve your goals.

Meet Pamela

Pamela has 33 years of experience in the fitness industry as a master personal trainer, competitive figure athlete, coach, and motivator and to design a space where women can achieve the physique goals they desire. After training thousands of women in the Atlanta area, she saw a need for a fitness center that would utilize my extensive knowledge of scientific research and what it takes to make measurable changes in a woman’s body.

Our Facilities

The indoor gym offers traditional weight training on our Cybex equipment of both high and low intensity/low impact workouts, catering to men and women of all ages and fitness levels as well as seniors. 

Our outdoor garage space invites you to enjoy a unique and different variety of exercises, including CrossFit style workouts, as well as weekly boot camps.  Other offerings include aquatic workouts as well as yoga.

Pam uses her 35 years as a fitness professional to individually help each client attain their goals. She has received numerous certifications over the years including AFAA & NAFC. She is a current gym owner of Atlanta Fitness Diva in Sandy Springs and a former champion bodybuilder, fitness, and bikini competitor.
